And I don’t have a scanner right now, so here are some ipad pics of old prints.
This was my first clay model at CCS, in 2001. A Honda Le Mans car.
I had so many problems with the paint. Amazing that it even came together in any way. The paint booth, back then, was a 10x10x8-foot side-draft box. Man, so many memories. That orange was unreal: it was a base of construction orange, with a gold pearl and clearcoat. So beautiful in early-morning sun.

That’s wild, I love it. What year would that have been?

2001. Model built in March-April. So many things I wish I had known back then!
